This page sets out how deliveries are handled in connection with AGHA Festival Ventures. [Confirm what is sold or dispatched — tickets, passes, merchandise, publications — as this determines the whole policy]
Supplier deliveries to the Festival
Goods ordered by AGHA Festival Ventures are delivered to the address stated on the purchase order, during the delivery window agreed with the supplier. Deliveries must quote the purchase order number and be accompanied by a delivery note itemising the contents.
Risk in goods passes on acceptance at the delivery point. We may reject deliveries that are incomplete, damaged, or do not match the order.
Tickets and passes

Delays
Where a delivery is delayed, we will notify the affected party as soon as reasonably practicable. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier failure, customs processing, or events of force majeure.
